Nan and Company Properties hosted an exclusive White Linen Night event, uniting clients and community in The Heights with style and local flair.

On August 3, 2024, Nan and Company Properties embraced the vibrant spirit of Houston’s White Linen Night by hosting an exclusive soirée at their headquarters in The Heights. This annual event, renowned for uniting the community in a celebration of art, culture, and local businesses, provided the perfect backdrop for Nan and Company Properties to connect with clients, agents, and neighbors.

A Night of Elegance and Community Engagement

The event took place at Nan and Company Properties’ office located at 725 Yale Street. The parking lot was transformed into a sophisticated venue adorned with white tents and patio umbrellas, creating an ambiance of elegance that complemented the evening’s all-white attire theme. Guests, including VIP clients, agents, and community members, gathered to enjoy an evening of camaraderie and celebration.

    Culinary Delights and Signature Cocktails

Attendees were treated to a variety of culinary offerings from Tacos El Primos, serving an array of tacos, quesadillas, and hot dogs. The Booze Babe, a local mobile bar service, crafted specialty cocktails for the occasion. Notable creations included the “Nanfam” orange martini—honoring the company’s signature color—the “Off the Market” white tea shot, and the “Closing Time” mango paleta shot. These thoughtfully crafted beverages added a personalized touch to the festivities.

    Entertainment and Atmosphere

DJ Sneaks provided a dynamic soundtrack, enhancing the lively atmosphere and encouraging guests to dance and revel in the celebration. To combat the summer heat, fresh fruit paletas and hand fans in Nan and Company Properties’ signature orange were distributed, ensuring guests remained comfortable throughout the evening.

    A Commitment to Community Building

Nancy and Jose Almodovar, co-CEOs and co-founders of Nan and Company Properties, hosted the event, underscoring their dedication to fostering community connections and supporting local businesses. Their vision for the company emphasizes creating memorable experiences that resonate with both clients and the broader community. Nancy Almodovar expressed, “This is the perfect match for us. The history behind this night began as a way to support local businesses and artists in a fun, family-friendly event that connected the community.”
