Being a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate provides a vast amount of advantages, one being the opportunity to attend the annual Luxury Specialist Conference. This year the event was held from September 23rd-25th in New York City offering exclusive locations such as The Darlington Mansion, The Rainbow Room, and The Christie's Auction House.
The weekend started off through various tours offered in current active listings in the New York City area leading up to the welcome dinner hosted in the extravagant Darlington Mansion, a $40 million dollar property nestled in Mahwah, New Jersey. Here, agents were able to network and participate in tours of the estate located within 12+ acres. The following days were held inside the Christie’s Auction House where dozens of unique art pieces were on display and available to view during the conference.
Attending this conference provides our team with the leverage to further their education in a multitude of topics dealing with luxury real estate. Throughout the 3-day conference, over 100 of Christie’s top sales associates were able to hear from some of the top agents in the network such as Gary Gold a true real estate expert headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA amongst other top producers worldwide.
In conclusion, participants were able to obtain the certification as an official “Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist” by Christie’s Education.
