AGENT HIGHLIGHT: TINA GREEN

Tina has a wealth of education and experience that makes her a natural in the real estate industry. She has a knack for successfully closing deals with multiple offers to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome.

Tina Green doesn’t take “no” for an answer, and that works for her clients, whether they’re buying, selling or leasing. When it comes to customer service, there’s virtually no one better. And if you’re looking for an agent who’s responsive to your needs, look no further.

A native Texan, Tina has a wealth of education and experience that makes her a natural in the real estate industry. What makes a buyer choose one house over another? When is the right time to put the property on the market? How much is too much (or too little) when determining price? Tina’s education in marketing psychology, real estate law and commercial real estate give her an edge among agents at other firms, and puts our clients in the driver seat when it’s time to come to the table to make and evaluate offers.

“There’s so much more than goes into buying, selling and leasing than just location and price,” Tina says. “People make decisions based on a whole host of factors, and it’s my job to anticipate those scenarios and come up with solutions for my clients. It’s one aspect of the job I really enjoy.”

Tina has a knack for successfully closing deals with multiple offers to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome. Her reach spans several popular and competitive Houston neighborhoods including West University, Memorial, Tanglewood, Montrose and the Museum District.

Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction, often using her skills to liaise between buyers, sellers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors to ensure all details are addressed. She takes the initiative when communicating with her clients, often using technology to keep in touch, even when they’re halfway around the world. Her dedication to excellence earned her a vacation for closing more than one million dollars in sales within one month.

“Sometimes I’m helping clients who aren’t even in the United States yet, and that requires a different level of customer service. But I believe that when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work, so I guess that’s why I’m able to give so much of myself to my clients and still feel energized,” Tina says.

In addition to her successful real estate career, Tina is also a health and fitness aficionado. She holds an associate’s degree in exercise science from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). She enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Tina was a flight attendant for Continental Connection. She is the proud mother of a 16-year-old son.
