The open house for 3233 Avalon Place (The Branford) was a sweet and inspiring evening centered around impeccable architecture and design. Our firm was excited to partner with Laura U Interior Design to create an evening showcasing the finest of furniture pieces provided by High Fashion Home, James Craig, and John Brooks. Each room was staged to embody a different and unique design.
The 3-story home was beautifully and intricately staged by Laura U Interior Design, where every piece of furniture helped tie the home together to create a true luxury masterpiece. Guests were greeted with different design styles in every main room of the River Oaks residence. Neiman Marcus also got to play a part in the collaboration process by beautifully staging the master bedroom closet using a pink and white color scheme featuring brands such as Chloé, Burberry, and Jimmy Choo.
Additionally, the kitchen island was decorated with desserts including luxury artisan chocolates from Leduc Chocolates, and an array of delicious pastry options provided by Sugar Dose by Johanna.
This event benefited and brought exposure to incredible organization, Dec My Room, who transforms and personalizes the hospital rooms of pediatric and young adult patients across the country.
The Branford is a French-modern masterpiece which was built and designed by Al Ross Luxury Homes. The new development residence is the perfect family home that features impressive kitchen upgrades, custom mosaic flooring in the master bathroom, a climate-controlled wine room, and a luxe guest suite.
