Here at Nan and Company Properties, we are always looking for different ways to not only market homes differently, but train our agents with out of the box methods. On May 23rd, 2019 we did just that by hosting none other than Million Dollar Listing LA star, Josh Altman!
2211 Inwood, a magnificent River Oaks residence, was the perfect backdrop for this exclusive event filled with Nan agents excited to learn from one of the best in the business.
Josh Altman, who recently released his book, “The Altman Close: Million Dollar Negotiating Tactics from America’s Top-Selling Real Estate Agent,” entertained and inspired the Nan team with his personal journey into real estate as well as funny, yet insightful stories and helpful tips to both new and experienced agents.
“You can’t be shy in the real estate industry,” said Altman. “If you surround yourself with successful people, hang out with them, you too will become successful.”
The Altman Brothers, a duo combined with Josh and his brother Matt Altman, have successfully taken the industry by storm and are responsible for selling 3 billion dollars worth of real estate.
A delicious breakfast was provided to our team by Relish, an intimate eatery offering classic American comfort fare with a Mediterranean twist on Westheimer Rd. We would also like to thank our partner Motto Mortgage for contributing to this spectacular event.
