The whole team at Nan and Company Properties is thrilled that we’ve been named to the 2015 list of Best Places to Work by the Houston Business Journal. Companies are categorized by size, and Nan and Company Properties was named to the “small companies” category.
Nan and Company Properties founder, Nancy Almodovar, says she is humbled to be included on the list, and she’s proud of the company culture she and the rest of her team have cultivated so far.
“This recognition is especially significant because we are a new firm. In less than a year, we’ve been able to accomplish so much, and that’s a testament to the amazing agents I’m fortunate to work with every day,” says Almodovar.
Employees evaluate their companies in a variety of categories including compensation, innovation, advancement opportunity and more. The winners are chosen based on results from an employee engagement audit. Each year, the Houston Business Journal publishes a special section honoring the finalists and winners. This year’s list will appear in the October 9th edition of the paper and on HoustonBusinessJournal.com.
Nan and Company Properties agent, Nicole Danese, says the award is well-deserved.
“I’m fairly new to the real estate industry, which is why I enjoy working at Nan and Company so much. The leadership and mentorship here have helped me excel quickly,” says Danese.
“What I love most about working here is that this is such a dynamic company. We don’t do the same thing other companies are doing. When working with our clients, we become an extension of their family in a way I haven’t experienced working anywhere else,” says real estate agent, Rene Rodriguez.
A luncheon will be held in honor of the winners and finalists in October at the Hyatt Regency.
