The Houston Heights Association is a non-profit organization with the goal of maintaining the historic area of the Heights. They work to continue beautification, restoration, and maintenance of areas such as Heights Boulevard, Marmion Park, Donovan Park, Heights City Hall, and Fire Station. Nan and Company Properties is proud to be one of the sponsors of the Houston Heights Association.
Founded in 1973, the goal of the Heights Association was to maintain and rebuild the area of the Houston Heights. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, in 1983 the Heights was named a Historic Multiple Resource Area by the National Parks Service.

Nan and Company Properties will open its Heights Office later in 2021. Located at 725 Yale Street across from the Heights Mercantile, this office will allow our agents to have a greater presence in the community. We are so excited to become members of the neighborhood!
