Nan and Company Properties Hosts Kemo Sabe Pop-Up for Houston Rodeo Season

Kemo Sabe and Nan Make For a Beautiful Partnership

Nan and Company Properties partnered with Kemo Sabe to host a Western wear pop-up, celebrating Houston Rodeo season with exclusive fashion and community spirit.

In a celebration of Western heritage and community spirit, Nan and Company Properties partnered with renowned Western wear purveyor Kemo Sabe to host an exclusive pop-up shop at our Heights headquarters. This collaboration, held from February 22 through March 3, 2024, brought the essence of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo directly to our clients and the local community.

Bringing Western Elegance to The Heights

The pop-up event transformed our office at 725 Yale Street into a Western boutique, offering a curated selection of Kemo Sabe’s high-end merchandise, including custom hats, boots, belt buckles, and accessories. Attendees had the opportunity to experience the full Kemo Sabe Hat Bar, with stylists providing personalized fittings to ensure each piece reflected the wearer’s unique style.

    A Grand Opening to Remember

The event kicked off with a VIP grand opening on February 23, featuring cocktails, light bites, and live music. The celebration attracted a vibrant crowd, with guests exploring Kemo Sabe’s exclusive collections and embracing the rodeo spirit. The success of the launch was evident, as “the shelves of Western hats sold out way before the party’s end.”

    Empowering Women Through Western Fashion

This partnership also highlighted themes of collaboration and women’s empowerment. Nancy Almodovar, CEO of Nan and Company Properties, expressed, “We’re excited to partner with Kemo Sabe to bring the spirit of the rodeo to our office and celebrate the power of women.” She emphasized that the event allowed clients to “browse the beautiful Western-inspired pieces from Kemo Sabe, especially the empowering new line of boots designed for the confident woman on the go.”

A Community United in Rodeo Spirit

The pop-up shop was more than a retail experience; it was a community gathering that celebrated Houston’s rich rodeo culture. The event drew a diverse group of attendees, including clients, local residents, and Western fashion enthusiasts, all coming together to enjoy the unique offerings and festive atmosphere.
