Luxurious beachfront condos on the Village of Tiki Island are coming in the summer of 2024.
Lakeway-based developer Legend Communities plans to start construction on the Residences of Tiki Island, at 665 Tiki Drive, five miles north of Galevston and 45 miles southeast of Houston, the Houston Chronicle reported.
The development will have 70 units, ranging from two to four bedrooms and 1,200 to 3,000 square feet. Prices fall between $1 million and over $3 million. The top floor will have two-story penthouses with private elevators. Residents will have access to a fitness center, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area.
The project just received the necessary site work and bulkhead repairs for construction to begin for the first of two condominium complexes, the outlet reported.
The development as a whole will feature eight, 1,900-square-foot villas starting at around $1 million, two condominium towers, marina and restaurant, a boat barn with 200 slips and a boat-valet service, the outlet said. The Villas are scheduled to be completed later this summer, and the entire complex has a target completion date of summer 2024.
