I had a great experience with Nicole. She had the answers to all my questions and was very quick with a response when I called her and she couldn’t answer. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry in Houston. She was so patient with traveling to the many, many homes she showed me before I made my decision on a new build. First of all Alexis is simply just a fantastic human being. Despite all she undoubtably has going on she's always empathetic and accommodating to her clients needs. Her knowledge is fantastic and she knows how to tactics based on changing markets or needs. Without her I doubt we would have gotten nearly as much for our home as we did. I send everyone I know to her when they're looking for a home. Thus far she's sold two homes for us and helped us find a home. Alexis went so far above and beyond for us that she even assisted us outside her market in a completely different state by interviewing other realtors to find the best one to assist us in our move. Alexis really helps minimize the stress in what is notoriously one of the most stressful things a person can do (buy/selling a home).

My Realtor made me feel like no matter what she was going to help me find a place to live on my time frame....which was a very tight time frame.....she knew what I wanted and by when I needed it.....I had reached out to various Realtors that said they would help....EPIC FAIL.....Lauren was the ONLY one that truly meant, what she said, she was going to do.....no telling where I would be with out her help......MY REALTOR ROCKS!!!

From the beginning to closing, I was completely satisfied and beyond. She held my hand and walked me through everything, helped (hands on), spaced it financially for me and decorated beautifully when it was time to show the house.
