On top of that, he was an excellent agent on my behalf. Once I selected the property that I wanted, he would communicate directly with the builder and make sure all of my requests were heard. When I was studying for the bar exam, he made sure to only contact me with extremely important information as to not distract me. I gave him the authority to handle things as he saw fit and he did an excellent job.
