I interviewed several realtors before finding Lauren. From the beginning, she was so easy to talk to and very kind. There were several delays in closing on my home because of the pandemic and Lauren was always responsive throughout the process, whether it was through email, phone, text, or meeting in person. In addition to all of the real estate knowledge she holds, she was always prepared with measuring tape, blue tape, and notes when we went house hunting - things that a first-time home buyer would easily overlook. There was a time I went out of town and couldn’t look at samples of cabinet colors in person. On the drop of a dime, Lauren drove to the model home with the samples and took photos for me in different lighting.
