Agelia Pérez Márquez is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience navigating difficult listings through to successful closings. Her prior career as a civic manager has equipped Agelia with a strong understanding of neighborhood dynamics. A Certified Staging Advocate (CSA), Agelia has experience in construction and home remodeling and uses her large stock of staging materials to enhance her clients’ properties when listing. An accomplished business professional with connections throughout Houston, Agelia currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karen Stokes Dance, is a member of the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Briscoe Center for American History, and is on the Advisory Board of HSPVA Friends.
