As Executive Vice President of Operations and Relocation, she oversees the builder, developer, and relocation departments, ensuring that systems, processes, and technology operate at peak performance. Her hands-on, detail-oriented leadership drives efficiency and precision across the company.
Known for creating seamless operations and exceptional client experiences, Michelle streamlines workflows, implements innovative tools, and leads initiatives that keep Nan and Company ahead of industry standards.
In her relocation role, Michelle removes the stress and uncertainty from moving, partnering with corporations, relocation management companies, and individuals to facilitate smooth transitions into Houston. She also collaborates with builders and developers to design strategies that support local economic growth, leveraging her deep knowledge of Houston and Galveston markets alongside her operational expertise.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a Master of Business Administration in international business, providing a global perspective that enhances her ability to serve diverse clients. Through Nan and Company’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, she delivers expert, personalized service to clients relocating from anywhere worldwide.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her dogs, attending workout classes, and exploring new places with her husband.
