On Saturday, August 29, the Nan & Company Properties Galveston team welcomed visitors to 13 homes across Galveston Island, Tiki Island, and the surrounding coastal communities for our latest Open House Expo. From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM future coastal homeowners spent the day exploring what the island's real estate market has to offer.
The expo gave the community a rare chance to see the range of homes currently available on the island, from historic architecture near downtown Galveston to waterfront properties along the coast.
An Island-Wide Turnout
The #NanFam came out strong for the Galveston event. Guests moved between properties throughout the day, comparing neighborhoods, architectural styles, and price points across the island. An open house expo allows buyers to experience several parts of the Galveston market in the time it usually takes to see one home.
Homes ranged from beachside condos to charming historic streets, highlighting the variety Galveston real estate offers within just a few miles of coastline.

Meet our Galveston Agents
The expo also gave visitors a chance to connect directly with the Nan & Company Properties agents. Zuleima Cossio, Julie Wells, Anastasia Gaido, Tina Tomey, Michelle Lindenau, and Nichelle Richards were present throughout the day to answer questions, share details on each property, and help guests find what fits their needs, whether a primary residence, or a second home on the coast.
Buyers left with more than a list of favorite homes. They left with a local team who knows the island inside and out.
Why Open House Expos Work for Galveston Buyers
Galveston's real estate market spans a wide range of home styles and neighborhoods, which can make it tough to know where to start. An island-wide expo solves that by putting several options on the same schedule. Instead of booking separate showings across different weekends, buyers can see multiple properties and narrow down their favorites in a single visit.
For anyone still deciding what they want, from layout to price range, that kind of comparison is important to have.
