Hosted by the American Turkic Business Council and presented in partnership with organizations including the Greater Houston Builders Association, Bisnow and the National Kitchen & Bath Association, this year's program will feature economic insights, industry panels, networking and opportunities to connect with professionals from across the Texas real estate and construction industries.
Nancy Almodovar Joins Houston Industry Leaders
Nan & Company Properties CEO and Co-Founder Nancy Almodovar will take the stage alongside leaders from across Houston’s real estate and construction industries.
The Real Estate & Construction Leadership Panel is scheduled to feature Almodovar alongside Chris Bolio, Chairman of Alair Homes Houston and President of GHBA; Rene Galvan, President and CEO of HAR.com; and Kim Schell, Director at Bisnow. The discussion will focus on market outlooks, development trends and strategies surrounding continued growth across Texas.
The program also includes a 2027 Economic Forecast led by Bryan Glasshagel, Principal of Homebuilding Texas at Zonda, along with additional industry speakers and executives representing commercial real estate, development, infrastructure and housing.
