We love to support our Nan and Company Properties family in any way we can! One of the ways we do so is through our Top Producers Club, which is a way for us to celebrate and recognize our agents’ success on reaching their sales goals.
The Top Producers Club
At the beginning of every year, each of our talented agents sets a sales goal for themselves to reach. Agents have to reach a minimum set amount of gross commission to become eligible to be in the Top Producers Club, so over the course of the year, they put in all of their efforts to achieve that goal; some of our wonderful agents even go above and beyond their goals!
The Top Producers Club has perks that consist of four different levels: VIP, Mogul, Tycoon, and Aristocrat. Each time an agent reaches a new level, they are given a reward for all of their efforts. We created the Top Producers Club, not only to reward our family of hard-working agents but to encourage them to always strive to do their best when helping Houstonians and future Houstonians all around the world find their dream luxury property.
