A major milestone has been reached for Tiara on the Beach, Galveston’s highly anticipated luxury beachfront condominium development. On March 12, 2026, the development team celebrated the project’s topping out ceremony, marking the completion of the building’s structural phase and the final concrete pour atop the 10-story tower.
The ceremony honored a longstanding construction tradition by raising a tree to the roof, symbolizing the successful completion of the building’s structural frame. Located on Galveston’s West End at 10525 San Luis Pass Road, Tiara on the Beach is a boutique development featuring 63 luxury residences designed for elevated coastal living.
