Nan and Company Properties launches a new virtual reality (VR) experience that gives home buyers an up-close and personal look inside the property of their choice. This technology puts would-be property visitors right inside the rooms of a home via a 360-degree tour. Using 3D video technology, dynamic imaging, and easy navigation, viewers can travel step-by-step through each room of their choice.
With the click of a button or touch of a screen, viewers can select an aerial view to see the property in its entirety, or they can choose a “floor plan” view to get a better perspective on the house’s layout. Viewers can watch selected videos from a computer Web browser, an iPhone, an Android phone, or a tablet.
“We are so excited to bring this technology to our clients to give them a richer and more insightful experience when considering making a property their home,” says Nancy Almodovar, president of Nan and Company Properties. “The 3D feature takes virtual home tours to a new level by allowing people to feel like they’re walking through the property.”
Being able to take a 3D tour of the property has its advantages. Potential clients can save time and money, and get a more accurate idea of the time.
The addition of this 3D video feature adds to the cutting-edge approach Nan and Company Properties takes in doing business. To curb its carbon imprint, the firm operates as a completely paperless company, using only software to conduct day-to-day transactions.
The video below, which was made exclusively for Nan and Company Properties, takes potential buyers through a home at their own pace.
