Our preview event at 3233 Avalon Place’ (The Branford) was an evening filled with elegance and sophistication. Guests were greeted by the gorgeous foyer entrance and invited in by a “champagne diva” whose dress held a total of 72 champagne glasses. The Spanish-inspired open house also included Charcuterie laid out on the massive kitchen island, which was accompanied by the soothing sound of a live acoustic guitar.
Additionally, we were glad to have benefitted Houston Pets Alive, a charity we were able to provide funds for by raffling out a basketball autographed by none other than Rocket’s well-known player, James Harden.
All three floors of this River Oaks residence built and designed by Al Ross Luxury Homes were available to view throughout the duration of the evening. This new development residence features a French-modern design, custom mosaic flooring in the master bathroom, climate-controlled wine room, and impressive kitchen upgrades. The Branford is currently listed by our CEO Nancy Almodovar for $6.295 million. Make sure to contact us for more information or to receive a private tour.
A special thanks goes out to all who attended. Notable guests included influencer Sir Josh Aaron; co-founder of Joy Box Flowers Staci Henderson; designer JD Bartell; and Houston Culture Map contributor Don McGhee. Thank you to Roche Bobois, Houston Pets Alive, and Al Ross Luxury Homes for being a part of making this event a success.
