AGENT HIGHLIGHT: ANGIE ARMIJOS

Experience, education, skill and a passion for people are what make Angie Armijos a powerhouse of a real estate agent. She has developed a reputation for being a natural-born leader who tenaciously protects the interests of her clients.

Armed with savvy negotiation skills and sharp marketing know-how, Angie works tirelessly toward the best possible outcome for her clients, and her level of integrity displayed in every transaction has earned her respect amongst her peers within and beyond the Nan and Company Properties firm.

As much as she enjoys giving to her clients, she feels the business of real estate also gives back to her. “What I like most about my profession is the strong and lasting friendships I develop with my clients,” Angie says. “My goal is to make them feel comfortable and confident with me as a realtor.”

Angie’s diverse background is a tangible asset to her work. As the daughter of a politician and ambassador, she grew up traveling the world, becoming exposed to various cultures. This exposure is what has given her a distinctive talent for negotiation and diplomacy.

While her diverse background is impressive, her educational achievements are just as noteworthy. Angie has a bachelor’s degree in international business with a minor in marketing from the University of California, Irvine. She also has a master’s degree in business administration from the Instituto de Empresas, IE, Madrid-Spain. Angie is also a certified professional project manager.

Most recently, Angie earned a certificate of membership with Camara Internacional de Comercio – Texas (the International Chamber of Commerce), an organization that promotes the development of trade relations and local entrepreneurs in the Houston, Katy, Woodlands and San Antonio markets.

In addition, Angie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Houston.
