We are proud to announce that Nan and Company Properties will be expanding to the eccentric area of Houston Heights! Our second office will be situated at 725 Yale St. and will be located in front of the Heights Mercantile. Our company’s work ethic has fueled continued growth, resulting in our next business venture. The new construction project will commence towards the end of August 2018, and is set to conclude by Summer 2019.
Our team will be able to work and collaborate like never before in the three-story building that will comprise of modern and energy efficient amenities. Mirroring our original office located in the BBVA Compass Plaza, the new open office workspace will have a modern feel with a white, gray, and orange color scheme. New additions to the space will include stand-up desks, and beer-on-tap on Fridays. Agents and internal staff will also be able to indulge in the full kitchen and juice bar, as well as re-charge in the meditation room and nap pods. The open rooftop patio will offer scenic views of the Heights and a great spot for lunch breaks.
Nan and Company Properties has a commitment to growing and expanding in order to provide the best for clients and employees. Having triple the space from the established Galleria office, we are able to provide new and improved features that will benefit our team, who have been the main inspiration while designing the second office. “We want to build a space where both our team and agents can effectively and comfortably collaborate with each other and their clients”, said CEO Nancy Almodovar.
“We love the Heights area, it is a growing and vibrant community just like us and we are excited to set our roots here and expand with the community,” Almodovar said. “I started this company from my kitchen table about four years ago, so it’s surreal that we will be starting the construction of our second office soon!”
