Our firm was happy to host a preview for our upcoming listing at 2419 Del Monte this past Thursday, May 10th located in River Oaks. The evening consisted of the finest of details such as the aesthetically pleasing live sushi bar, the soothing sound of the Divisi Strings quartet, and the exquisite handbag collection provided by Christie’s Auction House. Filled with only the most exclusive treasures of globally recognized brands such as Birkin, Chanel, and Hermes, the event featured handbags flown in from New York to serve as a special showcase for the evening, including a $285,000 piece. In addition, we were glad to have benefited Sunshine Kids, a charity focused on helping children affected by cancer achieve their dreams.
Amidst the elegant details, guests were able to browse through the 3-story River Oaks residence built and designed by MC2 Architects, boasting a gorgeous kitchen design surrounded by a wall of windows overlooking the pool, a wine room fit for 300 bottles, a master bedroom complete with a spacious closet with cabinets by Eggersman designs, and much more.
We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who attended. Notable guests included UH Architecture Dean Patricia Oliver, professor Shafik Rifaat, Theresa Roemer, Dominique McGhee from Houston Culture Map, and Hannah Swiggard. We appreciate our partners Eggersmann, Zach Wolf from Prime Lending, Andrea La from First American Title, and Aitu Taube from State Farm. Also, a special thanks goes to Christie's for making the one of a kind handbag showcase possible. Check out this article on Papercity with more event details.
