Self Defense Theme Night at the Houston Food Bank- 8/2
Fight hunger by joining the Houston Food Bank for a short volunteer shift followed by a self-defense course by Tim Mousel, owner of the Mousel’s Self-Defense Academy, to help empower you with the skills, tactics and strategies to escape a violent situation. Men and women are both encouraged to attend; one can never be too prepared! Volunteers must be at least 12 years old to participate.
