Luvismin Hill is a real estate agent in Montgomery County and surrounding areas, specializing in residential properties, first-time home buyers, investment properties, new construction, farm and ranch, and military programs. Originally from Venezuela, Luvismin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is fluent in Spanish. She is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors and volunteers her time with various organizations, including the Kids Ministry at FFC and Schnauzer Rescue of Texas.
Luvismin’s personal background as an immigrant and military spouse inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. She understands the challenges of achieving homeownership and is passionate about guiding others through the process.
